- About a memorial: include the link to its page (it looks like www.nirvanahall.com/memorial/…).
- About an offering: include the memorial, the date, and the transaction ID shown after the burn if you have it.
- Asking for a memorial to be removed: use the subject Removal request, include the link, and tell us how you are related to the person. We may hide the memorial while we look into it.
- About your personal data: use the subject Personal data request. Our Data Protection Officer will respond, and may first need to confirm your identity.
Reporting something on a memorial page
Every memorial page has a Report link beside each message and each giver's name, and a Report this page link at the foot. A report hides the content straight away until we review it, so you do not need to email us first.
